Working with our customers from the sale through the initial start-up of the equipment is the primary role of our project management team. Consistent communication is a real key to the process. Our project management team coordinates and manages all of the activities surrounding a customer’s project. It’s important for Laidig to be in constant communication so everyone involved is aware of the job status to ensure that their system requirements and their start-up dates are met.
