The Laidig Construction and Service teams have the experience and capability to safely complete your construction project successfully, on time, and within budget. 

Laidig will construct, install, and service the material handling systems designed and fabricated by the in-house Laidig team. Laidig will also construct and install equipment and structures supplied by other companies.  We are a flexible, “can-do” organization, committed to providing the highest quality service with the attention to safety that you expect and deserve. Our project management team is responsible for overseeing the entire project, and will provide the necessary documentation to comply with your standards and expectations.

Laidig technical support services will provide:

  • Consultation, parts, and service
    Our Customer Service Team provides telephone consultation and help-desk support. They ensure that the right parts and services are provided in a timely fashion for the lifetime of the system. We can expedite rush orders via UPS Next Day, Fed-Ex Next Day Air and Freight Hot Shot. Our new in-house call center handles both domestic and international calls, allowing us to track and manage customers’ requests more efficiently.
  • Complete system analysis
    Experienced field technicians can review your entire material-flow process and offer recommendations for improved performance.
  • System upgrade evaluation
    Laidig technicians will review your application and discuss the latest innovations, control enhancements, and upgrades for increased efficiency and safety.
  • Control systems adjustment
    Laidig technicians will work with your personnel to ensure system controls are properly adjusted to keep your materials handling system in optimal operating condition.
  • Reclaimer inspection
    Laidig technicians will do on-site inspections to evaluate process flow, ensure proper system operation, and identify maintenance procedures which may need more attention.
  • On-site training
    Laidig field technicians will provide detailed training on materials management, operation, maintenance, control systems, and safety. This is recommended once at start-up, again after six (6) months of operation, and anytime there is a change in operational personnel.
  • Regular Preventative Maintenance (PM) services

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Laidig field technicians are available to come to your site and perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) services. Complete PM services on all Laidig reclaim systems is recommended on an annual basis.

For priority scheduling at reduced rates, Laidig offers a three-year PM contract which includes a total of six (6) trips consisting of one PM trip per year, plus three additional trips for training, consultation, service, or maintenance. Customers with a three-year PM contract also receive an additional discount on parts ordered during the PM contract period.

Spare Parts

Laidig will provide a list of recommended spare parts for your material handling system. Significant discounts are available to customers who purchase the recommended spare parts packages.

Further discounts are available to customers who purchase a spare parts package in combination with a three-year preventative maintenance contract.
