Customer Service Coordinator

Laidig Systems, Inc. is actively seeking and interviewing candidates for the position of Customer Service Coordinator. We are looking for a high energy, self‐directed individual that can effectively demonstrate the character necessary to help create an atmosphere of trust and influence to help further develop the most productive team possible.

The ideal candidate for this position would possess a positive attitude and leadership qualities, with a commitment to serve others.

The Customer Service Coordinator will report to the Customer Service Manager and be responsible for the day‐to‐day customer service activities which include, but are not limited to, answering and responding to incoming service calls and requests for technical assistance, problem solving, and processing/tracking of parts orders.

The Customer Service Coordinator needs to have the following qualifications:

  • Exhibit professionalism, honesty and integrity in all aspects of work
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Be able to multi‐task and effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience in this area is strongly recommended
  • Have the temperament and personality to work well with a team
  • Have exceptional critical thinking skills and problem solving abilities
  • Be competent in computer applications including Word and Excel
  • Be able to coordinate after‐hour parts shipments as required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Exhibit cross‐cultural sensitivity
  • Some off‐site training may be required
