Laidig Smart Controls
Controls have become the key to efficiently operate, monitor, and safeguard Laidig equipment. Laidig has developed state-of-the-art control systems that ensure your equipment is running when you need it. It continually monitors components and alerts when any potential issue arises. Remote access is available to track and monitor as necessary.
Abrasion Resistance
Years of Laidig research and development have provided the very best abrasion resistance options developed specifically to ensure your equipment will hold up in the harshest of conditions. Options include: hardened flighting, carburized auger knives and blades, and complete hardfacing of the auger flighting and tube.
Gearboxes
From our wealth of field experience, Laidig has developed a number of reclaimer gearboxes that better suit the unique environment in which the reclaimers operate. These rugged gearboxes—which are designed specifically for the Laidig reclaimer—provide consistent, high torque to the reclaim auger while minimizing premature wear on critical gears and bearings.
