The Track-Drive can handle several materials, inclulding meals, feeds, hogged bark, wood chips, biomass, recycled materials, mined products, chemicals, and powders. The Track-Drive system is equipped with Laidig's proprietary track advance technology to advance the reclaimer effectively and efficiently.
Benefits of the Track-Drive
The Laidig Track-Drive system is engineered to provide a fully-automated, near-total cleanout while promoting first-in-first-out (FIFO) material distribution. Its advance track-drive system ensures a positive advance under a full head-height of hard-to-handle material. The unique self-cleaning shoe assembly grips the ductile iron track, keeping the auger firmly in place as it undercuts stored material. And its reinforced shield features a lubrication system allowing for the greasing of the end bearing even while the silo is filled with material.
