Initiate an RMA

Please fill out the form (one form for each part), providing as much detail as possible for the returned part(s). This information will provide our Rebuild Team with the details needed to process your RMA.

Once the form(s) have been received, the RMA Coordinator will follow up with an RMA number(s) to include with your part(s) when shipping them back to Laidig. Upon receipt, our Rebuild Team will inspect the parts and determine if it is cost-effective to rebuild.  Laidig will provide a rebuild estimate and the price of a new unit as a comparison.  If the cost to rebuild exceeds 70% of the price of a new unit, we will recommend purchasing new and provide a quote.

There is a $200 inspection fee, which is waived if you purchase new.

All rebuilt parts come with a 1-year warranty.
